How the Testing Process Works

Administration of the test battery is done by your personnel at your agency. When you establish an account with us, we provide you with everything you need. We recommend you review the Administration Instructions far enough in advance so you can call us if you have any questions ... we are more than happy to help.

The test battery takes about 2 hours to complete, give or take 1/2 hour or so. Once your candidate(s) have completed the battery, we give you a toll-free fax number that you can fax the completed answer sheets to. Or, of course, you can always mail them. You keep the remaining supplies, in a secure place, for future needs.

When we receive the answers sheets, we process them and generate your reports. We generally guarantee a 24-hr. business-day turnaround. Often we get them ready in much less time than that! When they are ready, our standard procedure is to call you, see if you are ready to receive a fax, fax the reports, then mail a hard copy. Don't want the fax? No problem, we'll just mail the hard copy. Don't want the hard copy? No problem, we'll just fax it. Would rather have them e-mailed instead of fax? We can do that too. In other words, we can tailor the delivery of the reports to your needs. And whenever those needs change, just let us know.
