What
You Get Back — The Reports
There are three reports
that are returned on each candidate.
-
The
Overview — this report gives a brief overview in a categorical
format. It includes a 0-100 score and identifies the score as Superior,
Acceptable, Marginal or Unacceptable. Following that may be a brief
recommendation for background review, as necessary. If the candidate
is applying for a police position, a community policing score and
prediction of job longevity is given.
-
Stress
Issues — this 1-2 page report looks at the candidates reported
level of stress and how (s)he handles it, considering if this may
cause health-related issues for them.
-
The
Psychological Report — geared toward psychological professionals,
this report gives a more detailed report on the candidate and includes
charts showing composite scores and their relative position toward
the mean. Professional jargon is avoided as much as possible so
that the educated lay person may understand, but additional interpretation
may be needed at times. In those cases, call us—we are happy
to help.
