Our
Core Staff
Dedicated,
knowledgable, passionate — words we are proud to
use to describe ourselves. With a combined tenure of 89 years among
3 people, we consider that dedication. With the "youngest"
of the staff having been with the company for 22 years, you can bet
we know our stuff. Talk with us and you will hear much we believe in
what we are doing. Once you've worked with us, we're sure you'll agree
that those three words describe us!
Herbert
W. Eber, Ph.D.
Dr. Eber is PR's president and resident psychologist. He is the author
of the software we use for scoring and reporting. He received his doctorate
in 1954 from the University of North Carolina in Clinical Psychology,
with minors in Experimental Psychology and Psychometrics. Dr. Eber has
spent more than three decades specializing in public safety and criminal
justice applications of psychology. He has also worked with numerous
vocational rehabilitation organizations, various centers for handicapped
individuals, and with corrections departments from Georgia, Oklahoma,
Colorado, Arizona, Alabama, and Virginia. Current professional affiliations
include Georgia Psychological Association, Southeastern Psychological
Association, American Psychological Association, Society for Multivariate
Experimental Psychology, American Correctional Association, and Sigma
XI. He has authored more than 35 publications, including several psychological
tests that are currently in use. Currently licensed in Georgia.
Shelia
Morrow
Shelia is our Supervisor of Data Processing Operations. She is responsible
for processing tests and generating reports, making sure the processing
is done in a timely fashion and that reports are sent back to customers
as they request. With more that 30 years with the company, she is second
only to Dr. Eber in understanding the scoring/reporting software.
Patricia
McDonald
With over 20 years at PR, Patricia, affectionately known to everyone
as "Tricia," wears many hats in our organization. She is first
of all our Business Manager and Accountant. She also builds and maintains
all of our company's computer hardware. She helps in the development
of our company's software and troubleshoots on nearly every problem
that confronts PR. Tricia is our company's desktop publisher who handles
all of our layout and printing needs.
We Cross-Train!
Certainly with a small staff and a large customer base, everyone has
to know a little of everything. But we make it a point to know each
other's specialties! Occasionally you will hear "I'm sorry, you'll
have to wait until she's back," or "You'll have to speak with
Dr. Eber and he's not available at the moment," but rarely. While
it's best to speak with the person who regularly handles something,
it they aren't available, most likely whoever you have on the phone
can help. Just one more way we show our Dedication, Knowledge and Passion.
