To do this we are constantly looking for ways to improve everything! But sometimes we have to change to avoid problems. |
The Change
The tests you currently administer are the Culture Fair, CAQ, LMAT, and LVIM. These are being replaced by the ART®-E1, D160 and D80.

Why Change?
Our psychological tests are our tools. The publisher of the tests we have been using was purchased by another company whose licensing policies are radically different. To avoid this (and to add some enhancements) we decided to change the tools; the logic, procedures and reports stay the same (or are enhanced). Only the tools change, and the new ones are simpler, more direct, and quicker.

When?
The only problem is the deadline we face. The change to the new tests MUST take effect March 1st, 2006. Old tests administered in February can be processed, some even in the first part of March, but we want you to switch as soon as possible. |

How?
We've sent letters, and we intend to call everyone to discuss the change and arrange for replacement supplies. As always, supplies are free of charge. The process is simple:
- Call us and we will send you a Replacement Supply Order form. Or, you can get one by clicking here.
- Send the completed form to us — either fax to us at (888) 779-1452 or (404) 873-1630, OR you can complete one online and click the Submit button (click here for the online form).
- Continue to use your old tests until you receive the new supplies from us. As soon as you receive the new tests, begin to use those.
- In with your new supplies there will be a Test Supply Destruction Certificate. Either return all the old supplies to us, or destroy them (shred or burn) and return the completed Test Supply Destruction Certificate to us.
