IMPORTANT: All INVOICE payments must list the INVOICE # in the NOTES section of the payments page. If you are an individual paying out-of-pocket for services you MUST include the FULL AGENCY NAME in the notes section at the bottom of the payments page. Supply Order
Need more testing supplies? Please do not make copies of the answer sheets. There are timing marks and barcodes on the answer sheets that do not copy well and cause us, at PR, to have to remark them thus causing delays in the reports. The testing supplies are no charge so order as many as you need. We ask that you keep about 6 months testing supplies on hand. Please email: frontdesk@psychologicalresources.com with your request.
